Only in room 2.8 during SWFiS staff duty hours it is possible to have grades for previous credited semesters transferred.

1. Credits earned at another university

A student who studied in another university may apply for transferring the grades for credited PE semesters to the UW student’s grade book. To do this, a student  should go to SWFiS, room 2.8 during staff duty hours. It is possible to transfer all the credited PE semesters for the current Academic Year. If a student does not have the credit in the grade book,  they must submit  transcript of records of the particular semester (with PE credit), confirmed by Dean’s office of their University. A student  personally  signs data consistency. This kind of credit can be seen in „decisions” as a Head Teacher’s decision (USOSweb →for students→my studies→decision).

2. Transfering (linking) of the semesters credited on another faculty of Warsaw University

A student who studies simultaneously on the other faculty of Warsaw University may apply for transfering the grades for credited PE semesters to the UW grade book. To do this, a student  should go to SWFiS, room 2.8  during staff duty hours. It is possible to transfer all the credited PE semesters for the current Academic Year. A student  personally  signs  data consistency. This credit will be linked to the current didactic cycle in SWFiS (seen for Dean’s offices as „credit  linkage”).
