CHRISTMAS PARTY

SWFiS UW cordially invites you to the “Christmas Party” holiday fitness event, which will take place at the University of Warsaw Library (BUW), in the sports area on level -1.

The program includes classes: aerobics, rollers, tabata, mobility, and Latino body shaping.

Every participant will have the opportunity to try all five workout types – the classes will be held in 20-minute sessions with 5-minute rest breaks.
