REGISTRATION RULES

The classes are available to University of Warsaw employees, retirees and pensioners (in accordance with § 6(1), points 1–3 of the Regulations of the Company Social Benefits Fund, i.e. persons who have employee, retiree or pensioner status in the UW SAP system).*

1. Registration is accepted exclusively via the registration form available on the wfisport.uw.edu.pl/dla-pracownikow/ website.
2. Please register within the deadlines specified in the registration schedule.
3. Places in each group are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each participant may register for a maximum of two groups.
4. Anyone who registers for a class is required to submit an application for funding. Please consider your registration carefully and do not reserve places that you do not intend to use.
5. Participation in the classes is permitted only after receiving email confirmation of registration from SWFiS and obtaining funding from the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS). Funding applications must be submitted within the deadlines specified by the Social Affairs Office. Participants who fail to submit their application within the required deadline or do not receive funding from the ZFŚS will not be allowed to participate in the classes.
6. Please consider your registration carefully. Once submitted, a funding application cannot be withdrawn, and the benefit will be granted regardless of whether the participant ultimately attends the classes.
7. If fewer than 12 people register, the group may be cancelled.
8. Registration for “Open Gym” follows the same procedure as registration for other classes. As part of the funding received, participants may use 15 sessions of 1.5 hours each, on any dates designated as “Open Gym” in the schedule. Sessions cannot be exchanged for other classes, used at a different time than those designated by SWFiS, or carried over to the following semester.
9. Current UW employees may enter the BUW-1 location only with an ELECTRONIC EMPLOYEE/TEACHER ID CARD. Please obtain your ID card through your UW organizational unit. UW retirees and pensioners will receive access keys during their first class, as they are not eligible to obtain an employee ID card.
10. Registration for the classes constitutes confirmation that the participant takes part in sports activities at their own responsibility and that their health condition allows them to participate actively in the classes.
